Generative AI Engineer

Job Description & Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our advanced AI research and product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art generative AI models, including large language models (LLMs), text-to-image systems, and conversational AI applications. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python programming, deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, and hands-on experience with transformer architectures and NLP pipelines. You should be comfortable working with APIs, embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning models using real-world datasets. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential, along with experience in deploying models in production environments. A strong understanding of model evaluation, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices is required. Additionally, familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and MLOps pipelines will be a plus. Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for innovation in AI technologies. Prior experience in building chatbots, recommendation systems, or AI-powered applications will give you an edge in this role.
