About the opportunity

What you will do
- Gather and document requirements from business users
- Write user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
- Run UAT and track defects to closure
- Build reports that show feature adoption
What we are looking for
- Graduates or final-year students from a Yugal Tech Academy program
- A completed capstone project you can walk through
- Curiosity and willingness to learn on the job
- Comfortable communicating with a distributed team
Skills and experience required
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- SQL for self-serve analysis
- Jira, Confluence and Figma familiarity
- Stakeholder communication
- Domain knowledge in banking, retail or healthcare is a plus
