As an AI Engineer at Pfizer, you will work on developing intelligent systems that support healthcare innovation, including drug discovery, clinical research, and patient data analysis.
You will build machine learning models that analyze medical datasets, identify patterns, and support decision-making processes. You will work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, including clinical records and research data.
You will collaborate with scientists, data analysts, and engineers to develop AI solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy in healthcare processes.
Your role will involve data preprocessing, model development, evaluation, and deployment. You will also ensure that models comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
To succeed, you should have strong experience in Python, machine learning, and data analysis. Knowledge of healthcare data and compliance standards is a plus.
Experience with deep learning frameworks and cloud platforms is beneficial.
