2.4 Yugal Tech Academy is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Course Content and Materials

3.1 Upon enrollment, you are granted access to specific course content, courseware, practice materials, and related documents in various formats (“Content and Courseware”).

3.2 We reserve the right to update or revise any Content and Courseware. Additional charges may apply for access to significantly updated materials.

4. Placement Disclaimer

Yugal Tech Academy is a training provider offering upskilling programs in Technology, Management, Law, and other disciplines. We do not guarantee job placement or employment upon completion of any course.

5. Usage of the Website and Services

5.1 We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the Website and Services for your enrolled training program only (“Restricted Purpose”).
